Refund policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Bounce House NZ (BHNZ)
Effective Date: 10 November 2023

1. Returns:
a. Damaged or Defective Equipment:
*Customers are required to inspect the inflatable upon pick-up and report any damages immediately.
*In the event that the equipment is found to be damaged or defective during the rental period, customers should contact Bounce House NZ promptly. Bounce House NZ staff will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or alternative solution based on the severity of the issue.
b. Unsatisfactory Performance:
*If the inflatable does not perform as expected due to reasons beyond the customer's control, they should contact staff at Bounce House NZ to discuss the issue.
*Bounce House NZ will evaluate the situation and may offer a partial refund or credit based on the circumstances.

2. Refunds:
a.
Cancellation by Customer:
*Customers must provide a minimum of
2 days notice for cancellations.
*Refunds for cancellations made within the specified notice period will be processed, minus any applicable fees.
*Cancellations made with less than
2 days notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

b.Cancellation by Bounce House NZ: 
*In the unlikely event that Bounce House NZ needs to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances or equipment unavailability, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

3. Refund Process:
a. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
b. The processing time for refunds may vary, and customers will be notified of the status.

4. General Conditions:
a. Returns and refunds are subject to compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Rental Agreement.
b. Any misuse, abuse, or violation of the terms may void the return or refund eligibility.
